After a brief lull which enabled the matches to start at GMSSS Sector 26, Sector – 16, DAV Sector 8 Chandigarh  the sky opened up and the persistent down pour which continued till late in the afternoon washed out all the matches today. ONGC, INDIAN OIL could not start their encounter in St. John Sector 26 and split two points each.
Reliance – BPCL match lasted 14 overs in which Reliance scored  59 for the loss of Parthiv Patel’s wicket for 22 off 42 balls when he was cleaned by Swapnil Hazare. Reliance and BPCL also split two points each.
In the third match at Sector 16 between MPCA and DDCA President’s XI was Abandoned after 10 overs with Madhya Pradesh scoring 38 for 2. Rishit Saini  1 for 12, Varun Sood 1 for 5 capturing the two wickets.
In the last match played at Sector 8 DAV School, HPCA were 15 for 2  in 9 overs before the match was called off and the two teams split two points each.  Both the wickets were claimed by Bharat Lumba for CAG.
