In the first match played at PCA Stadium Mohali, PCA Colts made  short work of DDCA to record a 7 wickets comprehensive win to enter  the semi finals. Winning the toss, PCA Colts opted to field. Under - 19 World Cup star medium pacer Kamal Passi bowled an inspiring opening spell, as he disposed off both the openers Jagrit Anand and Karan Harit with 21 runs on the Board in 6.3 overs. He further made in roads by disposing off Rahul Yadav for (0) to reduce DDCA to 21 for 3 in 6.5 overs. Thereafter, Nitish Rana and Manan Sharma put on 65 runs for the 4th wicket before Nitish Rana was caught by Himanshu Chawla off Yogesh Kumar for 41 off 68 balls.  Manan Sharma also became a victim of Yogesh Kumar as he caught him of his own bowling for 33.  Vaibhav Rawal  21 and Arjun Gupta 35 were the other contributors with the bat. DDCA innings folded for 165 in 47 overs. Kamal Passi  4 for 16, Yogesh Kumar  3 for 36 and Beant Singh 2 for 38 shared the spoils for PCA Colts.

Replying, PCA Colts scored 169 for 3 in 36 overs. They were helped in their cause by Sunny Sohal 22 Jeevanjot  31 as they put on 41 runs in 9.4 overs for the 1st wicket. Himanshu Chawla also chipped in with 38. Then Gurkirat Walia unbeaten 58 off 59 balls with 3 boundaries and two sixes and Gitansh Khera  unbeaten 23 added 69 runs for the unbroken 4th wsicket. Manan Sharma 2 for 37 was the main wicket taker for DDCA. Kamal Passi for his incisive spell of 4 for 16 was declared man of the match.

In the 2nd match played at Sector 16 Stadium BPCL won an exciting quarter final encounter against Air India by two runs. Winning the toss and batting first BPCL posted a total of 261 for 6 in 50 overs. They had an early set back when opener Onkar Khanvilkar was snapped by wicket keeper Manvinder Bisla off Sudeep Tyagi for 04. Thereafter Bhavin Thakkar in company of wicket keeper Uday Kaul raised a partnership of 132 runs for the 2nd wicket before Uday Kaul was run out by Nakul for 50 off 80 balls inclusive of three boundaries. Bhavin Thakkar was the next to go when he was caught by Khan off Shakti Sherawat for 82 off 111 balls inclusive of 8 boundaries and one six. Vineet Indulkar  32 and skipper Manish Pandey 32 were the other notable contributors for BPCL. Shakti Sherawat  2 for 52 Sudeep Tyagi  1 for 49 and Parminder 1 for 17 were the main wicket takers for Air India.
Replying Air India made a confident start when their openers Hiten Dlal and Manvinder Bisla put on 63 runs for the first wicket in 12.3 overs before Hiten Dlal was snapped by wicket Keeper Uday Kaul off Swapnil Hazare for 40 off 49 balls inclusive of 5 boundaries and one six. Manvinder Bisla in the company of Dhruv Shorey added 57 runs for the 2nd wicket before Bisla fell leg before wicket to Adhav for 47 off 62 balls  with four boundaries.  Dhruv Shorey and skipper Deepak Joon then added 106 runs for the 3rd wicket before Dhruv Shorey was run out for 71 off 94 balls with 5 boundaries by Pandey Uday combine.  At this stage Air India were well in control with 226 for 3 in 44.1 overs just needing 35 runs off 35 runs with 7 wickets in hand.  Thereafter Air India lost the plot and the match by losing 4 wickets and gathering just 33 runs to fall short of the target by 2 runs and lose the match and get knocked out of the tournament. Skipper Deepak Joon who was holding the innings together was trapped in front by Kiran Adhav for 55 off 64 balls with 6 boundaries and one six. Kiran Adhav  3 for 41 was the most successful bowler for BPCL.  Bhavin Thakkar for his brilliant knock of 82 was adjudged the man of the match.
