Rolling tigers in CBSE Skating Nationals

chandigarhsportsnews.blogspot.in Rolling tigers has given tremendous performance in CBSE Skating Nationals held at Amritsar in DAV school on 18th to 21st November. Rolling Tigers clinches 10 Medals in C.B.S.E. Nationals . Tigers gave best performance in this competition and gave tough competition to others. Chander Singhal is happy with this achievement as Academy has won maximum medals in tricity and he gave credit to his tigers for their hard work. Results of C.B.S.E., Nationals are given below. 7th Kanwar Harbans Lal Memorial Football Tournament

chandigarhsportsnews.blogspot.in The 7th Kanwar Harbans Lal Memorial Football Tournament is being conducted by the Youngsters Club at Sector 17 Football Stadium, from 16th November 2012 to 26th November 2012. Today’s first semifinal match was played between Mahilpur united Football Club, mahilpur and D.F.A Mohali. The Mohali team won the match by 2 goals to nil. The first goal was scored by Kartik of Mohali team in 44th minute of the match. In the second half mahilpur players combined well and made some fine moves but failed to score the goal. Most of the moves from Mahilpur team were spearheaded by Baligagandeep a brilliant stricker. Substitute player of Mohali team Inderjeet Singh scored in 68th minute and made the tally 2-0 in favour of DFA Mohali. Hanish Patial of Mohali team was shown YELLOW CARD for rough play in 72nd minute of the game. Jashan of D.F.A.Mohali was adjudged the man of the match. Second semifinal match was played between

A team beat little flower Convent school Sector-14, Panchkula by a huge margin of 125 runs. Satluj won the toss and elected to bat 1 st , While batting 1 st   Satluj scored 205/4 in allotted 25 overs. Captain Hardik Choudhary played a brilliant knock of 71 not out including 7 x 4 in 58 balls.
