Chandigarh Kho-Kho ASSOCIATION  (Regd.) has decided to organize the SUBJUNIOR, JUNIOR AND SENIOR STATE  KHO-KHO 

CHAMPIONSHIP for Boys & Girls  in the age groups of Under-14 years, Under-18 years & Open 

Category in the premises of  S.G.G.S. PUBLIC SCHOOL SEC-35 B CHANDIGARH(4 Oct

to 06 Oct) The player who is born on or after 01.01.1999 for Under -14 years & on or after

01.01.1995 for Under -18 years is eligible to participate in this championship and there 

is no age bar for Open Category. Without Identity Card no one can participate in any match. 

The entry fees is Rs. 100/- per team. Under 14 & 18 Yrs (Boys & Girls) School teams can

participate in this championship.

The players Entry Forms duly verified by respective Principal showing father’s name, 

date of birth, class with section, admission no., address, phone no., signature etc.  May be

forward to Mr. Surinder Singh Bhandari, Physical Education Teacher, M. D. A. V. School,

Sector 22-A, Chandigarh, Phone:  9814630280 on or before 30th Sept, 2012. After the last 

date of entry, no one will be entertained. Open category (Men & Women) clubs/collages and

campus teams can participate in this Championship. Incomplete Performa in any respect 

will not be entertained. All the participating team shall compete in the Championship in 

their respective playing uniform with the prescribed Colour of their School and number. 

CHANDIGARH KHO-KHO ASSOCAITION will provide the lunch to all participants and officials
