Shivangee Sanwaria, a student of Class X of Carmel Convent School, Sector 9, Chandigarh, did her school proud by winning two gold and two silver medals at the 37th State shooting championship held recently. She won two gold medals in the 10m Air Pistol and two silver medals in the 25, Sports Pistol events. By virtue of her performance in the championship, Shivangee has secured berth in the upcoming Nationals to be held at New Delhi. "I am working hard for winning medals in international shooting competitions," said the shooter.
