28th Sub Jr Men National Boxing Championship

Chandigarh State 7 Boxers won the Medals in the recently concluded 28th Sub Jr Men National Boxing Championship held at Akola ( Maharashtra ) from 26-8-2012 to 31-8-2012, out of 7 Medalists, 5 belong to PML SD Public School, Sector-32, Chandigarh, the details are as under-

1) Rahul yadav- 40 kg GOLD MEDAL, 2) Ashish- 60 kg GOLD MEDAL, 3) Karambir - 38 kg Silver Medal 4) Shubham - 66kg Silver Medal, 5) Vipin - 42 kg Bronze Medal ( All from SD School)

6) Sachin- 52 kg Silver Medal Govt Model school-35 Sect, 7) Mansoor- 48 kg from Guru Nanak khalsa School-30 sect.  The Team was accompanied by Sh Balkar S ingh ( Rtd SAI BOXING COACH) and Mr Sohan Singh as Manager,
