Despite the cold shoulder, the I-League counts where it matters

Finally, after much delay, the 13th edition of the I-League will hit the fields on Saturday. The 11-team tournament has a new broadcaster but it's no more the top league with Indian Super League (ISL) accorded the status of premier league competition.
