AADIL BEDI 11 YEAR OLD, 6TH CLASS STUDENT VIVEK HIGH SCHOOL CHANDIGARH  RANKED 2ND IN IGU MERIT LIST IN C CATEGORY.
Sweating hard at CGA range 11 year old Aadi Bedi brought the laurel to city beautiful and CGA range when he finished 2nd in Northern India Junior golf match at Shivalik Golf Club Chandimandir here at Chandigarh yesterday. Under the guidance of his Coach Mr. Jesse Grewal and Psychological Coach Ms Irina Singh he has shown tremendous supremacy towards his games in recent years. Aadil brought in a brilliant score of 82 and 79 in a two day match and finished at the second position. 7 matches have been played this year in which Aadil has scored 170 points in the best 5 matches. Now, top four players from northern India will qualify for All India Final, to be held at Golden Greens, Gurgaon in November 2012 with one match to be played at Lukhnow next week. Total of 16 players will compete from north, south, east and western India for all India IGU ranking. This ranking helps players to qualify for International matches abroad including US and Europe.
Aadil has been very consistent on National IGU circuits. He has been finishing in podium consistently. He won Rajasthan Junior Golf championship early this year, secured 2nd position in Delhi Junior Golf Championship, 3rd in Haryana junior golf Championship and now finished 2nd here at Chandigarh Junior Golf championship.
Apart from IGU circuits, Aadil participated in Albatross circuit playing two matches in this calendar year. All India inter school junior golf championship one match was held in August 2012 where he represented his Vivek High school Chandigarh and scored brilliant one under par on 2nd day winning the winner trophy. He finished 2nd in northern India Hank Haney Junior Golf Championship at Chandigarh.
Aadil in his own words expresses that "I AM WORKING WITH MY COACH IRINA SINGH FOR COUSE MANAGEMENT AND SHOT SELECTION UNDER HIGH PRESURE MATCHES, WHICH IS HELPING ME ALOT APART FROM TECHNICAL GUIDANCE MR. JESSE GREWAL  FOR IRON PLAY". The brilliant top ten finish in the British Junior Masters held in Scotland has given Aadil a green staus in next year’s US Kids World Cup to be held at Pinehurst, 2013. Aadil says he has six months in hand to work hard on his putting and bunker shots.
