IPL 2020 : Not only match, Virat Kohli also lost Rs. 12 Lakh on Thursday

Virat Kohli and Royal Challengers Bangalore got thrashed by KingsXI Punjab on the Thursday evening in IPL 2020. It was a tough-tough night for the RCB captain. He dropped catches, looked completely lost on the field, did not score anything and his team lost by embarrassing 97 runs. 
 
But that is not only the thing which Virat lost on Thursday. Kohli also got poorer by 12 Lakhs. Kohli has been fined for maintaining a slow over-rate during the match against KXIP on Thursday in Dubai.
 

Kohli opted to field first, operating with three fast bowlers in Dale Steyn, Umesh Yadav and Navdeep Saini at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The first innings lasted an hour and 51 minutes. 

This was RCB’s first offence of the season under the IPL’s Code of Conduct relating to minimum over-rate offences. Kohli was fined INR 12 lakh as a result.
