Football managers are known to detest the F word. Well, three games in a span of eight days and that F word —fatigue — is bound to crop up. Mumbai City manager Jorge Costa and his counterpart at Odisha FC, Josep Gombau, did their best to avoid talk around fitness on Wednesday, the eve of their Indian Super League encounter at the Mumbai Football Arena.
