In Foolad Shahr, Iran, reigning I-League champions Aizawl FC’s hopes of qualifying for the AFC Champions League were dashed after losing 3-1 to Zob Ahan in a playoff match. Aizawl have been disqualified from AFC Champions League but will get a direct entry into Group E of AFC Cup.
