I am glad to inform you that the National Adventure Club (India), Chandigarh is recognized as All India Organization under Para 5.1 of the new Scheme for National Programme for Youth and Adolescents Development of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India.              You will also be glad to know that 19 th National Adventure Festival is being organised by National Adventure Club ( India ), Chandigarh from 2 nd February to 10 th of February, 2013.  About 350 young men and women in the age group of 17 to 34 years from all over the country will be participating in this national event.  Each State Government may sponsor 20 participants (10 boys and 10 girls each) and Union Territory may sponsor one team of 7 boys and 7 girls each accompanied by a male and female supervisor for each team. Chandigarh Sports News Ramanjot and Bimal win gold in sqay CHANDIGARH, JULY 21 Ramanjot Kaur of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 8 claimed gold medal in the girls under-17 below 36 kg class on the opening day of the 5 th  Chandigarh State Sub-Junior Sqay Championship at the Sector 10 Skating Rink here today. Santosh of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Manimajra bagged silver medal. In the boys under 17 (below 47 kg) competition, Bimal of Government High School, Sector 7 won the top honours while Deepak of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 8 finished runner-up. Earlier, Chandigarh Olympic Association general secretary Ravinder Talwar, who was the chief guest, inaugurated the championship. Results: Girls under-17 (-36 kg): 1 Ramanjot Kaur (GMSSS-8), 2 Santosh (GMSSS, Mannimjra), 3 Rajbir (GMSSS-MHC) and Indu (GMSSS-8). Chandigarh Sports News . Chandigarh , 21 st  July 2012:  Bajaj Allianz held the City Finale for the Chandigarh edition of the third season of Junior Football Camp today. The City Finale saw participation from 110 shortlisted students, who were selected on the basis of their football skills during the school level screenings held earlier this month. Additionally, open trials were also conducted to allow other interested students from to participate and qualify for the finale.  The  finale saw an esteemed panel of judges that was headed by Harjinder Singh, Chief Coach, Chandigarh Football Academy. More than 1500 students from 50 schools have been screened in Chandigarh as part of this activity. The final 15 selected at the City Finale will now be going to Pune to represent Chandigarh in the National Finals to be held later this month.
