Fresh faces boost Indian women's team's T20I hopes

Despite losing the series to England, the Indian women's team can take heart from the performances of their new inductees in the final T20I. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur had requested the selectors to try out fresh faces in preparation for the T20 World Cup in Bangladesh next year. Amanjot Kaur, Saika Ishaque, and Shreyanka Patil impressed in the final game, with Amanjot justifying her selection with both her bowling and batting skills. The fielding coach praised Amanjot's impact and England's head coach was impressed with her performance.
