Ashes: Australia rest Cummins for Boxing Day Test, Lyon ruled out

Australia will be without captain Pat Cummins and injured spinner Nathan Lyon for the Boxing Day Test against England. Cummins is being rested as part of a workload management plan, while Lyon requires surgery on a torn hamstring.
