IPL 2025 likely to start on March 22, final on May 25

The 18th edition of the Indian Premier League will kick off on March 22 with an opening match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Eden Gardens. Rajat Patidar named as RCB's new captain. The final is set for May 25 in Kolkata, with additional venues in Guwahati and Dharamsala included this season like last year.
