Fonseca becomes second youngest Next Gen ATP champion

18-year-old Joao Fonseca, ranked 145, triumphed at the Next Gen ATP tournament, defeating Learner Tien in a thrilling final. Fonseca, the lowest-ranked player in the tournament, becomes the second youngest champion since Jannik Sinner five years prior. He won all five matches at the Red Sea venue, overcoming initial nerves to secure the victory.
