Russell ruled out as WI make key changes for remaining England T20Is

West Indies have made two changes to their T20I squad for the remaining matches against England. Andre Russell is out due to an ankle injury and is replaced by Shamar Springer. Alzarri Joseph returns from suspension, replacing Shamar Joseph. The hosts will be looking to bounce back from a 0-2 deficit in the five-match series.
