New Zealand clinch maiden Women's T20 World Cup title

New Zealand won their first Women's T20 World Cup by defeating South Africa by 32 runs in Dubai. Led by Sophie Devine, they posted 158/5, with Amelia Kerr (43) and Brooke Halliday (38) making key contributions. Kerr also excelled with the ball, taking 3/24. The victory capped off a momentous day for New Zealand cricket, as the men's team also achieved their first Test win in India in 36 years earlier in the day.
