After India beat Australia by 24 runs in St Lucia on Monday to seal the semis spot, the Afghanistan-Bangladesh encounter becomes a virtual quarter-final for the Afghans as they need to beat Bangla Tigers to set up semis with Group 2 toppers South Africa.
